This is a great option for localized work & acute pain (i.e. neck and shoulders, reflexology, abdominal, etc.). This is not a full body massage although we will work on areas surrounding focal point. 

Always trauma-informed, trans-affirming, and welcoming of all bodies. You always have the option to keep your clothes on and state which areas you do not want to be touched--no questions asked. Traditions & techniques include swedish, shiatsu, thai, side-lying, active stretching, myofascial release, reflexology, and emotional freedom technique.

60 minute Therapeutic Massage

Full body focus. Always trauma-informed, trans-affirming, and welcoming of all bodies. You always have the option to keep your clothes on and state which areas you do not want to be touched--no questions asked. Traditions & techniques include swedish, shiatsu, thai, side-lying, active stretching, myofascial release, reflexology, and emotional freedom technique.

MLD is different than massage in that it is working with the lymphatic system rather than the muscular system. It is a gentle rhythmic touch, from the Vodder technique. While it is gentle it has a strong impact on the body. You can come to support your body pre or post surgery, general wellness, cancer treatment, auto-immune disorders, and more. 

The 30 minute session is recommended for those who are trying this for the first time and want to get a taste or just see how your body responds.

Manual Lymph Drainage - 30 minutes

Using a variety of techniques including abdominal massage, shiatsu, craniosacral, and aromatherapy to help the body get into an optimal state for pregnancy.

A combination of sidelying and supported recline positioning for anyone who is pregnant through their delivery:
