In this session you will stay fully clothed (please wear loose and comfortable clothing). 

Craniosacral is a very gentle yet deep form of bodywork. Many times people experience getting into the state between being awake and asleep, feeling sensations of release and tingles in their body, seeing colors, having emotional release, or simply just relaxing.

Always trauma-informed, trans-affirming, and welcoming of all bodies. You always get to set the boundaries of where touch is and is not ok--no questions asked.
