What to expect: clear communication throughout the process, soothing castor oil with a layer of flannel and a heat pack. This sits on your abdomen for about 30-45 minutes which allows the oil to sink in completely. Once it's removed you have the option to receive visceral manipulation to help with any digestion or reproductive issues (tbd on reason for visit). 

You have the option to purchase a castor oil pack and I will teach you how to do it at home. 

After the pack you may feel relaxed and will be able to go about your day as normal.
